Select when and how you would like to use the Fellow Copilot by visiting User Settings --> Fellow Copilot

Here you will have the option to choose how to use the Copilot that best fits your workflow. This could be setting the Copilot to capture meetings and decisions from:

• every meeting on your calendar that has a video link
• all meetings that have been organized by you
• only meetings where you have manually toggled it to record

When a reaction is added to a note, the emoji will scroll (or float) up from the bottom right corner of the screen - making reacting more interactive and engaging than ever!

These live reactions are a great way to give encouragement during the meeting, engage meeting participants, or even run a quick pulse check.

To send a Live Reaction, add a reaction as usual by clicking on the three dot drop menu next to the note content that you would like to react to. Then select Add a reaction!

Live Reactions can also be disabled by going to User Settings --> Preferences. Learn more

With our latest update, you can now send your meeting notes from Fellow to Salesforce as a Salesforce note.

If you have enhanced notes in Salesforce you will see the formatting of your meeting notes maintained, making it easier than ever to get up to speed on a meeting, all without leaving Salesforce.

Introducing our improved meeting feedback feature, designed to help you organize more effective meetings by tapping into valuable participant feedback. Here's what's new:

• Overall participant satisfaction: quickly gain a sense of overall sentiment across all meetings and how it has changed over time

• Insights about key meeting aspects: delve into how participants have rated the agenda structure, length of the meeting, and discussion
  ​
• Participant suggestions: view all suggestions in one place for easy access and quick changes

We're thrilled to announce the release of our most requested feature ever: multi-assignee action items!
​

With this new feature, you can choose between two different options:

• Complete by all is perfect for ensuring that everyone in your meeting completes the same action item, for example, requiring each participant to read through a report in advance of the meeting.

• Complete by any allows for shared ownership, making it easier for team members to collaborate on tasks together, for example, two team members preparing a presentation together for an upcoming meeting.

To get started, simply add an action item to an upcoming meeting note, select the assignee avatar, and toggle on allow multiple assignees.

Your AI meeting copilot can now join meetings automatically for those recurring sessions you want consistently recorded, transcribed, and summarized

To set this up, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the meeting you want automatically recorded. --> Stream Settings --> Automations and turn on Auto-record

The Fellow meeting copilot now supports transcription and summarization for the following languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Danish, Hindi

Just run your meeting as normal in whatever language you choose, and Fellow will detect the language and start transcribing!
