Workspace admins now have more ways to protect meeting content, decide how 1-on-1s are organized, and track sensitive activity across the workspace.

Copy protection for transcripts and AI Notes: A new 'Allow copying' toggle under Content & Retention lets admins turn off text copying from transcripts and AI Notes. It applies to everyone viewing your workspace's meetings, including people you've shared a meeting with and public recap links. To also block downloads, turn off downloads in the same settings.

Optional 1-on-1 grouping: By default, meetings between two people in your workspace are grouped into their 1-on-1 series and follow that series' settings, like auto-record. Admins can now turn off "Automatically group 1-on-1 meetings" in Sharing settings. Past meetings aren't affected, meetings already linked to a 1-on-1 stay there, and grouping stays on by default.

Redaction events in the audit log: When someone redacts content from a recording or transcript, the audit log shows who made the redaction, how much was removed, and which meeting it came from. It never records what was redacted. (Enterprise only)

AI Note activity in the audit log: Editing, regenerating, restoring, or re-transcribing an AI Note now creates an audit log entry, including which section was edited. Entries capture the action without the note content. In a meeting's activity log, the previous "Note edited" entry is now labeled "Agenda edited." (Enterprise Only)
