Workspace admins can now control how long Fellow keeps recordings, transcripts, and AI Notes independently.

Previously, one auto-deletion setting covered all meeting content. Now you can delete video as soon as a meeting is processed and keep a searchable transcript, or keep recordings and remove the verbatim text.

Independent retention settings: In Workspace Settings, admins can turn on auto-deletion for recordings, transcripts, and AI Notes separately and choose how long to keep each, up to 5 years.

Zero-day retention where it matters: Recordings and transcripts can each be set to 0 days, so that content is deleted as soon as Fellow finishes processing the meeting. AI Notes are generated first, so your summary is still there.

Confirmation before anything is deleted: If a change would remove content you're keeping today, Fellow shows exactly what will be deleted before you save. Deleted content is permanently removed, including from storage backups.

No action needed for existing policies: Workspaces that already had auto-deletion turned on keep the same retention period, now applied to both recordings and transcripts.
