Search for any setting: A new search box sits at the top of the settings menu and is ready to type in as soon as you open it. It finds individual settings, not just pages, and pressing Enter takes you straight to the first match.
Four clear groups: The settings menu is now organized into Workspace, Policies, Product, and Billing, replacing the previous single list of pages.
More focused pages: Larger pages like Security and Note Taker & AI have been split into dedicated pages, including Authentication, Developer, Fellow MCP, Audit log, Recordings, Sharing, and Content & retention, so related settings live together.
Settings that match your meeting policies: Recordings, Sharing, Content & retention, and Templates now sit together under Policies and use the same names as the policy rule editor, so the setting you see on a page is the one you pick when writing a rule.
New and refined controls: Meeting sharing is now a workspace setting, and zero-day retention can be set separately for transcripts and media. Auto-deletion changes now require a save and a confirmation to prevent accidental deletions, and settings available on other plans show an upgrade icon instead of being hidden.
Same controls, same permissions: Your existing settings and who can change them stay the same. Workspace settings remain admin-only.
