New: Dedicated Channel Managers

Channels now have a dedicated owner, with new controls over who can post and what can be auto-published.

A new role for channel owners: Whoever creates a channel becomes its first manager. Managers can run their channel without needing full workspace admin access. Channels without a manager keep working exactly as they do today.

Control who can post and auto-publish: Managers can set a channel to allow everyone in the channel to manually add recordings, restrict it to managers only, or turn manual adding off entirely. Managers can also stop members from routing their own meeting series into them automatically.

Default channels for new members: Workspace admins now have a Channels settings page to manage the default channels every new person is automatically added to.
