Record from Google Meet: The "Take AI Notes" button now lets you choose "Record botless" or "Record with bot," then pause, resume, and stop from the same control bar.
Auto-start on join: Turn on auto-start botless recording and Fellow begins recording the moment you join a meeting. Admins can set this as the workspace default under Auto-record rules > Default user configuration, and lock it so it can't be changed.
Auto-admit Fellow: For bot recordings, auto-admit can be turned on separately for internal and external calls. No more hunting for the Admit button.
Fellow in Gmail: The Google Calendar side panel now shows up right in Gmail, with event dots, a meeting-notes button, and a "Record and summarize" toggle.
Botless recording requires the Fellow desktop app to be running. If botless isn't available, the Google Meet button falls back to bot recording and tells you why. Availability of botless recording varies by workspace.
